Andy is the Senior Engineering Manager at Profilic, in previous roles he was the Head of Engineering at Footasylum, before moving to unicorn start-up cinch as Head of Engineering Practice, and is now at Prolific - a company changing the way we do research online. At every step of this journey, he's focused on pragmatic ways of working, DevOps culture shift, meaningful change that sticks, and working with teams to help them to get better at how they deliver. A big fan of the socio-technical side of agile, he firmly understands that developing software is a people thing.
